If a technical issue arises with Zoom video or the listening phone dial-in option, the Town Council meeting will continue unless a Councilmember is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449. 

 

Effective March 1, 2023: Members of the public will be allowed to provide public comment through Zoom if a Councilmember is participating remotely pursuant to the provisions of Assembly Bill 2449.

 

Effective October 1, 2023: Members of the public who wish to address the Council, by providing public comment, during the meeting must do so in-person in the Civic Center Council Chambers at 9291 Old Redwood Highway, Building 400 in Windsor, where the meeting is being publicly held. As an alternative, members of the public may also provide written public comment submitted via email to: towncouncil@townofwindsor.com, please submit them via email to the Council by 12:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting.

Members of the public wishing to speak to the Council on any Consent Calendar item or any item not listed on the agenda may do so at this time. Pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council is not allowed to consider issues or take action on any item not listed on the agenda during this period. Each Public Comment is normally restricted to three (3) minutes in length.

Mobile Vending Ordinance Second Reading 

 

Hold a second reading, by title only, and adopt an ordinance making permanent Section 3-7-105 and Section 3-7-125 of Title III, Chapter 7 “Street Vendors”, of the Windsor Municipal Code which establish comprehensive regulations for mobile vending units.

Award Major Construction Agreement to Hellas Construction, Inc. for the Hiram Lewis Park Pickleball Courts Surfacing/Painting Project

 

Award Major Construction Agreement to Hellas Construction in an amount not to exceed $105,143.85 for the Hiram Lewis Park Pickleball Courts Surfacing/Painting Project and authorize the Town Manager to execute said agreement and any required construction change orders up 15% of the authorized project budget on behalf of the Town.

Approve the purchase of an electric service truck with Corning Ford for use in the Public Works Water Division in an amount not to exceed $75,000 and authorize the Town Manager to execute said purchase on behalf of the Town.
